- Copy of the certificate of deposit of social accounts with the CNRC (national center for trade registers),

- Role statement audited,

- Copy of the update certificate with the CNAS and / or CASNOS (Social security),

- Technical sheet of the finished product including:

   . Name and designation of the product.

   . Use and instructions for use of the product.

   . Special precautions for use of the product

   . Method of identification of production batches.

- Indication of the qualifying composition of the product,

- Analytical quality of raw materials.

- Results of Analyzes and tests carried out on the finished product (Physico-chemical and microbiological).

- Method and results of Toxicological Analysis of the Finished product.

- Model and / or the mock-up of the labelling of the product concerned.

- Name, function and professional qualification of the natural person responsible for manufacturing, packaging and importing.

- Form deposit at the Antipoison Center.

- Filing of financial statements from 2016 to 2020. (Willaya에 따라 다소 상이) 

- Trademark authentication by an official body : Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI).

   -  Authentication of the authorizations to use the trade mark by the owner of the 

     exporting body and confirmed by an authorized authority at the level of the country 

     of origin.
