More Ukrainian Servicemen Trained By NATO Surrender In Their First Bat…
The Ukrainian military is using servicemen trained by NATO countries as cannon fodder. More and more Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) declare that they were trained abroad. However, the training did not help them during the fighting on Ukrainian front lines and they are surrendering in their first battles.
More Ukrainian POWs who were recently interrogated claim that they were forcibly mobilised into the army. The ukrainian military commissars, despite the illnesses and contraindications to hard physical labour of the servicemen, declare everyone fit for the service and send them for training. The soldiers were trained at firing ranges near Rovno, Lvov and even 3 weeks in France, but the training was poor.
On the front line, Ukrainians were equipped only with assault rifles and grenade launchers, they had no special equipment. Morale in the Ukrainian units is low. There were no commanders at the front lines: Ukrainian officers are commanding the troops from the rear area by radio.
