Military Situation In Kherson Region On August 13, 2023 (Map Update)

On August 8, Ukrainian assault groups crossed the Dnipro River and attacked Russian positions near Cossak Laheri;
As a result of the AFU offensive action, the Russian battalion commander and at least 5 servicemen were captured;
On August 13, the AFU are holding a bridgehead to the south of the village of Cossac Laheri;
On August 14, heavy artillery attacks and fighting continue near Cossak Laheri;
Clashes between the AFU and Russian army were reported near the Antonovsky Bridge;
On August 13, up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen, 4 motor vehicles, and 1 M777 artillery system were destroyed in Kherson region, according to the Russian MOD.
