On August 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded no cases of hostilities and ceasefire violations in Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
On August 13, an explosion was reported on the countryside of Damascus;
On August 13, the “Popular Resistance in the Eastern Region” group, claimed responsibility for the attack on three military bases of the U.S. coalition in eastern Syria;
On August 13, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SAA-SDF position in Tokhar area. Two SAA servicemen were wounded;
